We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@toybex.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@toybex.shop with photos of the item, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and falls under this Return Policy instead.
