Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Where We Ship & Import Taxes

We ship to the European Union and to selected countries worldwide. For deliveries within the EU, shipping, VAT and import costs are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so you won't be charged anything extra when your order arrives. For countries outside the EU (for example the UK, Switzerland, Norway or the US), local customs duties or import taxes may apply on delivery; these are outside our control and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, weather) can extend delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us at support@toybex.shop and we'll look into it.
